LED Stairwell Lighting

Stairwell lighting is a necessary requirement for safety, so it needs to be on 24/7. In this case, we removed traditional 2-bulb 32w T8 fixtures and replaced them with an LED linear fixture from Terralux that operates at 23w at full power and at 3w in low mode. The Occupancy Sensor allows the fixture to operate at different levels of power depending on the lapse of time since the last person passed by. This enables the customer to still have light in the stairwells when no one is using them. This allows for tremendous energy savings and maintenance savings.
