LED Retail Center Lighting at 8800 Katy Freeway

The property management company for 8800 Katy Freeway asked Spark Lighting to upgrade this retail center to energy efficient LEDs.  We removed four 1000-watt fixtures from each pole and installed two 200-watt LEDs.  We also upgraded all the soffit lighting, flood lights, and canopy lights to LED.  The project qualified for a CenterPoint rebate.  The total payback is less than two years and the energy and maintenance savings is 86%!
